Shipping

At Miss Gains, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our chosen shipping service process the orders, which takes an additional 1-2 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15-20 business days. 

• Shipping in North Macedonia takes 2-3 business days and costs 130 MKD.
• International shipping takes between 15-20 days and costs €10. If more than 20 days have passed please email us at missgains@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. 

How is shipping affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?

- Deliveries for some countries are affected so we would highly appreciate your patience.

RETURNS

You may return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding the delivery charge) provided it is in its original, unused condition. Please note it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund.

Any items which are found to have make-up stains will not be refunded. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products or underwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons.
